A primary property manager is a person who has registered on Buildings & Sites and entered a property.
A secondary property manager has been given rights, by the primary property manager, to edit a property. There may be more than one secondary property manager.
When you enter a property and save it, it will be saved with a draft status. When you are ready for it to be publicly visible, you must click the submit button. It will then go through a QC review and be approved. As soon as it is approved, it will be publicly visible.

When you assign a secondary property manager an email is sent to them giving them a choice to accept or decline. Until they make that choice, their name will appear in pink.
