Space Type lets you record the dimensions of the different areas of your building. You may add multiple areas such as manufacturing area, warehouse area, office space and showroom, including important information like ceiling height and column spacing. This level of detail is crucial information to those considering your property for their business. Simply go to the Space Type tab, add the information for the first area, then select “Add Space Type” to add additional areas. Remember to save your work when you are done.
